Amina grew up between Jordan, Romania and Italy. Her life in Italy has always been a source of inspiration for shoe design, but she was initially won over by the lifestyle magazine space. After completing her studies at the European Institute of Design, she worked as an assistant stylist at Vogue Italy, L'Uomo Vogue and then at GQ magazine in New York. At the age of 26, seeking to follow in the footsteps of famous footwear designers such as Manolo Blahnik, she returned to Milan and began designing the famous Oscar Tiye, her first shoe, while working for Alexandre Vauthier.
